B T 5 (Chaozhou Fengxi Baita Ceramics No. 5 Manufactory) is a family-owned ceramic factory founded in 1992 in Chaozhou, China — the world-famous "Ceramic Capital". For over 30 years we have specialized in medium-fired stoneware tableware and bakeware, with underglaze hand-painting as our signature craft, executed by 20 in-house painters. Our factory produces about 20,000 pieces per day (7,000,000 pieces per year), with a strict six-step quality control system: greenware inspection, bisque inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection I, final inspection II and outgoing sampling inspection. Before shipment, customers may arrange their own or third-party inspection — we ship only after inspection passes. We serve international trading companies, wholesalers and OEM/ODM brands. Through our trading partners we supply global retailers such as Costco, Walmart and Disney. Our stoneware is made from 100% natural clay, plastic-free and recyclable; medium-temperature firing consumes less energy than high-fired porcelain. FDA, LFGB and SGS testing can be customized to your product and target market.
