Where is your factory located? How can l visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, China, about 5 hours bus ride fromGuangzhou and about 40 minutes taxi ride from Jieyang Chaoshan Airport.All our clients, from homeor abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

B T 5 holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system certificates (Crown Certification, IAS-accredited), a SMETA 4-Pillar audit by LRQA, and an Intertek GSV supply-chain security verification (overall score 86%). Our ceramic products are food-contact tested (FDA, LFGB, DGCCRF) via SGS. We control quality from raw material to finished goods.

What services can we provide?
A: Our factory bulit in 1992, we have more than 30 years experience in making ceramic products. We have our own team to develop new items every week and also we provide OEM/ODM service.
What is your daily production capacity?
Our factory produces about 20,000 pieces per day (about 7,000,000 pieces per year). We have 20 underglaze hand-painting artists and release 1-2 new designs every month.
Are your stoneware products eco-friendly?
Yes. Our products are medium-fired stoneware (about 1,200°C), made from 100% natural clay, plastic-free and recyclable. Medium-temperature firing consumes less energy than high-fired porcelain, reducing our carbon footprint.
Do you provide food-contact testing like FDA, LFGB or SGS?
Yes. We arrange FDA, LFGB and SGS testing customized to your product and target market, and can provide the reports for your customers.
Who are your main customers?
We work with international trading companies, wholesalers and OEM/ODM brands. Through our trading partners we supply global retailers such as Costco, Walmart and Disney; we also serve direct brands such as Donlim.
Do you participate in international trade shows?
Yes, we regularly exhibit at the Canton Fair (China Import and Export Fair) in Guangzhou. You are welcome to visit our booth or our factory in Chaozhou.
